His present practice includes intellectual property procurement, transactions, and opinions; strategic business planning and counseling; marketing strategies; and portfolio leveraging/exploitation.

Mr. Wallace is a member of the State Bar of California and is registered to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office.  His state law practice includes California State Law, and as he does not practice any Florida law, he is not a member of the Florida Bar.  However, Mr. Wallace has acquired many highly-trusted legal contacts locally (to assist with any local issues), nationally, and internationally.

Mr. Wallace is a proud member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the Edison Inventors Association, and has been an annual sponsor and judge at the Thomas Alva Edison Regional Science and Inventors Fair.
